DISCLAIMER:

In as much as there are some http: internet addresses provided in the both the text and the bibliography of this book, they are provided only to indicate that I have personally viewed the addresses provided and find them of use.  In as much as there is no legal or contractual association between such sites and the 'King's Calendar', the 'King's Calendar' takes no responsibility for either the accuracy of the information contained therein, or for (computer security) safety in it's use.  Readers are not obliged to connect to these links, and do so at their own risk.

Use of direct referencing has been kept to a minimum, and where such is used, express permission has been received or else no reply was received from publishers to notification that such was intended.   In every case, such referencing has been used in 'good faith' believing that the principles of 'Fair Use' permits the same.

It was my experience that some institutions ABSOLUTELY REFUSED any permission to directly 'quote',  until such times as their decision was challenged on the basis of 'Fair use'.  Given that such a process could be envisioned to occur with each and every publisher and author, it has been the deliberate policy not to 'directly quote' from any publication, unless it was considered of prime importance to do so.

If in the compilation of this book, any person, author or publisher believes that use of material has contravened 'copyright law', I would ask that I be advised immediately, so as to rectify the matter.  If along the way I have inadvertently failed to abide by conditions of 'copyright' or 'Fair Use', or have provided incorrect referencing, I offer my profoundest apologies and ask to be corrected immediately.

It has been the deliberate intention of the 'King's Calendar' to provide lawful, legitimate, and academic challenge to current archaeological and historical academic theory and opinion.  In as much as there is an acknowledged 'anti-academic' sentiment expressed in this volume, such sentiment is considered necessary to the encouraging of readers to 'rely on facts' not opinions and reasonable assumptions. It is furthermore acknowledged that without the strong foundations laid by academia over the last century or so, the 'King's Calendar' would have lacked the necessary 'historical' and academic foundations upon which to present it's alternative chronology.

It is further stated that I do not have any academic degrees in Archaeology, Ancient History, or Egyptology, nor any type of current association with any academic institution.  My Degrees are in Arts and Social Sciences, specialising in Religion and Theology. (Batchelor of Social Science: Religion and Theology 1995 & Master of Arts: Theological Studies 1998). Together with other studies, these degrees provide me with perspectives far broader than those of Theology, Archaeology and History.   Inclusive and exclusive of the abovementioned degrees, academic studies include: Civil and Criminal Law, Sociology (including issues pertinent to Manipulation and Propaganda within Contemporary Institutional Organisational Management),  Psychology/Counselling, Apologetics, Principles of Teaching/Training,  and Theology (Fundamentalist Evangelical Protestant & Liberal Roman Catholic).

That which appears on this site is but one portion of the overall work entitled :"The 'King's Calendar': The Secret of Qumran".  Although the complete volume may be purchased, that which is provided on line is provided freely for all to read.   As such it may be copied and reproduced for personal use.  Where such use extends to academic papers it must be cited, in some fashion similar to:      BenDedek.
