Media Lies and Abuse: Media Distortion: Hypocrisy: Selective Reporting: Political Bias in Media.the media (which has such freedom) abuses it by always going for the throat and looking for the faintest hint of 'dirt' and in so doing prostitutes itself for headlines and $'s, rather than do its 'alleged' job of general and investigative reporting.
In 2003 some media feedback comments which I made were published in the 'Couriermail', a Brisbane Newspaper, and I posted this short copy of those comments. Little did I know how far my dislike for Media and Political Activist groups would take me.
The comments were made in response to attacks on the Queensland Premier, who had insisted that the Media address all questions regarding Ministerial misuse of Government vehicles, directly to him. Journalists were irate that they had not been able to gain 'freedom of information' documents on the issue. Unfortunately the Original Link is no longer viable.
At the end of these comments appear some links that relate to Bad Media Behaviour.

R.P.Bendedek, Comment:
If the Premier says 'Talk to me!' Then why don't the media do just that, instead of going off on a mud slinging crusade. I currently live in China which lacks all of the democratic freedoms currently enjoyed in Australia, and it makes me angry that the media (which has such freedom) abuses it by always going for the throat and looking for the faintest hint of 'dirt' and in so doing prostitutes itself for headlines and $'s, rather than do its 'alleged' job of general and investigative reporting. Accept Beattie's invitation, and then if he stonewalls, drop a brick on him.
Stop inciting anger and hatred! Just deal with it! (to coin the younger generations phrasebook).

I originally wrote thisbecause it annoys me the way media is interested only in 'hype' and not the slightest bit interested in the realities of life.
Since this comment, I have gone on to write more and more about the media, political correctness and a host of other social issues.
It is my belief that we live in a world that is not only willing to deceive us, but we ourselves want to be deceived.

Yesterday, Wednesday November 14th, 2012 at about 11am Beijing Time or about dawn in Israel, I published an article at Kingscalendar asking why Israel does not fight back. This morning (7 am Beijing Time) I read that Israel had commenced operations against Gaza. Tonight (6.15pm Beijing Time) as I sit in China reading world news I am disgusted by what I see.
What other country in history has ever been required to provide all the basic necessities to enable their enemy to attack and murder them? Until Israel wakes up to the fact that no one really cares about Israel or Jews; until Israel wakes up that Political Correctness is just a tool by which people can hide their true feelings whilst showing a compassionate face, then Israel is doing nothing more than committing slow suicide. No one cares! No one wants Israel there! They all want to lick the boots of Activist Agendas and Arab Oil and they believe that Israel is worth sacrificing if it means peace from terrorism (but it won't).
I don't care what someone believes, they can be racist or prejudiced or bigoted but when you process that into a physical or verbal attack on somebody you've just degraded yourself into something worse than the three put together. We are not much different. We also allow ourselves to be emotionally aroused by Media in relation to brutal behavior. When you allow your heart to be lead into hatred, you are but a 'slip' away from being a barbaric murderer yourself. As the Bible says: 'What a man thinks - is what the man is!'
But today, a week after the murder of civilians, innocent children, and - by the way - Jews, it behooves us to stop and look at our reactions to those murders and ask ourselves whether in the deep recesses of our hearts we actually approve of such murder.
"Analytical interpretations" are merely a type of 'entertainment', whose connection to reality and logic is flimsy. Many of them previously believed in communism, and embittered the lives of many people. Today, they believe in 'Peace Now', and bring all these troubles upon us. Their god is called 'Peace Now' or 'human rights'. This is exactly the sin of idolatry taking one value and worshipping it, without giving consideration to balance with other values. It is generally believed that religious people are less realistic, because they rely more on their faith than on an objective analysis of reality, whereas people lacking faith are able to analyze a situation objectively, and as a result, their short-term assessments are more accurate. If the mainstream Israeli media were honest, they would broadcast the taped recordings of all the leaders responsible for the Oslo Accords and the retreat from Gaza, so everyone could hear their foolish promises, and realize just how distorted their ability to correctly analyze the situation is.
Libs pride themselves in saying "live and let live," yet who gives us all the nanny-state laws and regulations dictating how people privately use their own land (as in the Fourth Amendment), and for that matter, how we eat, drink, and smoke. Many liberal city and state bastions now dictate what and how much foods can contain, if any, fats, sugar, and salt, and now having won the war on indoor venues, are now dictating when, where, how, or even if we can smoke outside (while at the same time zealously championing the liberalization and legalization of both the medical and recreational use of marijuana in many jurisdictions). If women can have "choice" to butcher their young when they become inconvenient, why can't I have "choice" to wolf down a dozen doughnuts fried and drenched in far better tasting trans-fats when I'm hungry?
"At the hearing we heard from two individuals whose relatives became radicalized and were encouraged to commit jihad. We also heard from noted Islamic expert Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, the Founder and President of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy," stated King. That hearing was followed by three subsequent ones dealing with the threat of Muslim-American Radicalization in U.S. Prisons (Jun. 15, 2011), Recruitment and Radicalization within the Muslim-American Community by Al-Shabaab (Jul. 27, 2011), and a joint-hearing with the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee regarding the threat to military communities inside the United States as well as the threat from radicalized Muslims within our military (Dec. 7, 2011).
According to a June, 2012 study by the Washington-based Population Reference Bureau (PRB), 72% of 15-49 year old Palestinian married women prefer to avoid pregnancy, as are 78% in Morocco, 71% in Jordan, 69% in Egypt and Libya, 68% in Syria, 63% in Iraq and 61% in Yemen. The PRB study states that "a growing number of women are using contraception, as family planning services have expanded in the Arab region." The unprecedented fertility decline in the Muslim world was documented in June, 2012 by Dr. Nicholas Eberstadt, a leading demographer at the American Enterprise Institute, and Apoorva Shah of the Hoover Institute.
For over four centuries after the Caliph Omar conquered the land of Israel in 633-4 CE, a synagogue and Jewish house of study operated on the Temple Mount and Jews were able to pray there freely. Among others, this is attested to by Rabbi Abraham bar Chiya HaNassi, a leading Spanish rabbinical authority of the 12th century, who wrote in his book Megilat Megaleh that, "at the beginning, after the Romans destroyed the Temple, Israel was not prevented from coming and praying there, and similarly the kings of Ishmael enacted a beneficent custom and allowed Israel to come to the Temple Mount and build a house of prayer and study." Furthermore, he notes, "all the exiles of Israel who lived near the Temple Mount would ascend on festivals and holidays and pray there."

About the KingsCalendar Publisher
R.P.BenDedek is the owner and Editor of KingsCalendar.com which was originally set up to publicize his research results into the Chronology of Ancient Israel. Those results were published under the title: 'The King's Calendar: The Secret of Qumran'.
Whilst there have been many attempts to solve the chronological riddle of the Bible's synchronisms of reigns of the kings of Israel and Judah and their synchronism with other Ancient Near Eastern Nations, no other research is based on a simple mathematical formula which could, if it is incorrect, be disproved easily. To date, no one has been able to dismiss the mathematical results of this research.
Free to air Academic articles set forth Apologetics for and results of his discovery of an "artificial chronological scheme" running through the Bible, Josephus, the Damascus Documents of the Dead Sea Scrolls, and Seder Olam Rabbah.
During the current economic downturn, this book has been drastically reduced in price but will eventually rise as the economy improves.
