Updated 2011: There is one absolutely undeniable true fact that exists in Palestine; that Hamas does not now, nor has it ever, and nor does it ever intend to live in peace alongside of Israel. Only Stupid Bleeding Heart Judeo/Christian White Westerners fail to be able to see what is written and hear what is spoken by Hamas in this regard. Even the United Nations is Anti Israel.Beware of False Prophets who cry Peace! Peace! when there is no Peace! The most recent announcement of Hamas / Fatah unity in 2011, is designed to make certain a positive reponse from the United Nations in September 2011, to the establishment of the Palestinian State. Within 3 years, there is going to be another all our war with Israel designed to wipe it off the map.
Today in Palestine(and again in 2011) there is forming a New Unity Government which is designed to stablise the Region, most particularly Palestine itself. If one were to believe the PR blurbs, all is soon going to be well in Palestine. 2011 Comment: "Did this eventuate?"
Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas entrusted Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas on Thursday with forming a unity government that will "fully respect" previous agreements between the PLO and Israel, as well as United Nations and Arab League summit resolutions concerning the Middle East conflict.
PA representative Saeb Erekat said Washington was insisting that any government meet the demands of the Quartet - recognize Israel, renounce violence and abide by previous agreements between the PLO and Israel.
In his letter of appointment to Haniyeh, Abbas said the new government must "commit itself to achieving the higher goals and interests of the Palestinian people." The letter also urged the future government to "fully respect previous resolutions of the Palestine National Council, Arab summits and the United Nations, as well as agreements signed by the PLO."
When you read articles like this one quoted above, you naturally think that at last there will be peace. Now you can call me a Cynic if you like; a pessimist if you think that more appropriate, or even a fatalist, but there are two old sayings that came to mind when I read this article.
Leopards don't change their spots - & - Actions speak louder than words.
(2011 'Was I right?' Did anything Change?)
The true measure of a man is best seen when he is under pressure, and lies in what he does and how he does it. It reveals his character. Rhetoric is always great, but actions speak louder and more clearly.
The Enemy at Home: The Cultural Left and its Responsibility for 9/11 by Dinesh D'Souza
The cultural left in this country (such people as Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, George Soros, Michael Moore, Bill Moyers, and Noam Chomsky) is responsible for causing 9/11. The cultural left includes organizations such as the American Civil Liberties Union, the National Organization for Women, People for the American Way, Planned Parenthood, Human Rights Watch, and moveon.org. I am not making the absurd accusation that this group blew up the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. I am saying that the cultural left and its allies in Congress, the media, Hollywood, the nonprofit sector and the universities are the primary cause of the volcano of anger toward America that is erupting from the Islamic world.
That fact aside however, there is one absolutely, positively, and undeniably true fact that exists in Palestine; that Hamas does not now, nor has it ever, and nor does it ever intend to live in peace alongside of Israel. Only Stupid Bleeding Heart Judeo/Christian White Westerners fail to be able to see what is written and hear what is spoken by Hamas in this regard. Even the United Nations is Anti Israel.
What have we seen over the last few years? What is currently going on in the Arab world? Have not Muslims in many countries finally demonstrated that they are 'sick of' their leaders bloodlust?
We want the Money!
There are only 2 motivating factors in forming this new unity government. The first is to provide Hamas with clear and direct Power, and the second is to open the watershed of "aid $'s" that will flow. US sanctions on Palestinian Territories taking their toll
In the West Bank and Gaza, conditions for Palestinians have become critical as a result of international sanctions on the Hamas-led Government.
Hundreds of millions of dollars are being held from the Palestinian Authority meaning public sector workers, like teachers and nurses, have been paid little or nothing for more than half a year.
And there's another lesser-known casualty of the sanctions. American aid projects valued at more than $US 220 million have been frozen, so work in areas like water sanitation, health, education and so-called "democracy building" have come to a halt.
Money and Power are the two motivating factors involved in this latest apparently peaceful political attitude that Hamas is displaying. The reality is that nothing has changed. Hamas is still a trojan horse, and of course the biggest trojan horse is the issue of a 2 state solution. Welcome to Palestine by Caroline Glick
In the world of international diplomacy few issues receive more wall-to-wall support than the notion that it is essential to establish a Palestinian state. Leaders worldwide are so busy speaking of how essential it is for a State of Palestine to be founded that none of them seems to have noticed that it already exists.
This state was officially founded in the summer of 2005, when Israel removed its military forces and civilian population from the Gaza Strip and so established the first wholly independent Palestinian state in history. Israel's destruction of four Israeli communities in Northern Samaria and curtailment of its military operations in the area set the conditions for statehood in that area as well.
And so it is that as statesmen and activists worldwide loudly proclaim their commitment to establishing the sovereign State of Palestine, they miss the fact that Palestine exists. And it is a nightmare.
In the State of Palestine 88 percent of the public feels insecure. Perhaps the other 12 percent are members of the multitude of regular and irregular militias. For in the State of Palestine the ratio of police/militiamen/men-under-arms to civilians is higher than in any other country on earth.
2011 Comment:
Just take at look at articles in Ambassador Ettinger's Column and those written by Shamrak Column to get a more up-to-date reminder of the facts on the ground in Israel and Palestine.
The anti Israel lobby whose hearts bleed for the Palestinian peoples seem blissfully unaware that the Palestinians suffer at Palestinian hands but also suffer mayhem and murder in other Middle Eastern Countries.
Palestine is a state already, one whose leaders up to this day have used the peoples of Palestine as bargaining chips in a political war. When Israel pulled out of Gaza they left the infrastructure intact. Despite it's immense value to the Palestinian economy, it was all destroyed. Palestine as a state is incapable of supporting itself, precisely because it's leaders have no desire to work for the betterment of the people. Palestine has existed on charity, and mostly non Muslim charity at that.
Hamas aims to destroy Israel. This is it's stated and restated aim. Israel and the West are infidel - dogs and pigs. One's word to a dog or pig is meaningless. There is no dishonour in failing to keep it. One also might act out one's role in a theatre play, but that doesn't mean one is actually the character or has the character of the character one plays in a play.
2011 Comment:
The most recent announcement of Hamas / Fatah unity in 2011, is designed to make certain a positive reponse from the United Nations in September 2011, to the establishment of the Palestinian State alongside Israel. But when you note the coded language used by leaders of both parties, it is obvious to those who have eyes with which to see and ears with which to hear, that Israel is not going to be allowed to live in peace, and given the recent change of political leadership in Egypt and several other countries, it is obvious that within 3 years, there is going to be another all our war with Israel designed to wipe it off the map.
Hamas intends to deceive the Palestinian people, the West, the United Nations, the stupid western bleeding hearts, and destroy Israel irrespective of the number of Palestinian deaths involved in the process.
The New Unity Government of Palestinian is ploy, or perhaps a play. It is an illusion, a conjurer's trick, a deception. Like a parting gift of a horse to the people of Troy, in it's innermost parts, it holds a deadly poison.
Hamas remains committed to jihad as a strategic option for liberating all of Palestine. This enemy understands only the language of force and we will teach them an unforgettable lesson."
Palestinian Authority officials on Thursday expressed fear that the United Nations may formally declare the Gaza Strip a dangerous zone - a move that would result in the evacuation of the remaining foreign nationals from the area and drastically hamper international humanitarian aid to the Palestinians.
"The Gaza Strip is full of thugs and gangsters who are responsible for the ongoing anarchy. Soon the Gaza Strip may be declared a dangerous zone, which means that all international organizations would have to leave."
Muhammad Dahlan, who was recently appointed PA National Security Adviser, said it was time to admit that a "curse has hit" the Gaza Strip. "Anyone who does not admit that there's a curse in the Gaza Strip does not know what he's talking about," he said.
The UNHRC's resolution effectively delegitimized Israel's right to exist by denying that it has a right to defend its territory and its people from illegal aggression carried out by an illegal terrorist organization.
Mohamed ElBaradei, the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency's virulently anti-Israel chairman, announced a deal has been reached between Iran and the US, Russia and France regarding Iran's nuclear program.
But now that the administration has agreed to an accord that effectively transforms America into a facilitator of Iran's nuclear weapons program, the time has come for Israel to start voicing its objections.
The most violent exploitation of fabricated claims of Jewish aggression against Judaism's most sacred site to date, of course, came in September 2000. Then Arafat and his deputies in Fatah supported by Hamas and the Israeli Islamic Movement claimed that then-opposition leader Ariel Sharon's September 28, 2000, visit to the Temple Mount - a visit that had been coordinated in advance with the PA - was an act of war against the Palestinians and against Islam as a whole. More than 1,500 Israelis were killed in the seven years of terror war that followed.
As for the Obama administration, since entering office in January it has abandoned US support for democracy activists throughout the world, in favor of a policy of pure appeasement of US adversaries at the expense of US allies. In keeping with this policy, President Barack Obama paid a preening visit to Ankara where he effectively endorsed the Islamization of Turkish foreign policy that has moved the NATO member into the arms of Teheran's mullahs. Taken together, the actions of the Bush and Obama White Houses have demoralized Westernized Turks, who now believe that their country is doomed to descend into the depths of Islamist extremism. As many see it, if they wish to remain in Turkey, their only recourse is to join the Islamist camp and add their voices to the rising chorus of anti-Americanism and anti-Semitism sweeping the country.
As the politically activated humanitarians constantly scrutinize everything done in Palestine by Israel, and jump up and down about what rotten sods the Israelis really are, they seem not to be aware of what the Palestinians themselves are saying about the state of affairs in Gaza.
"We are telling the world that we don't deserve a state because we are murdering each other and destroying our universities, colleges, mosques and hospitals. Today I'm ashamed to say that I'm a Palestinian."
In our demented western multicultural sycophantic madness, are we really unable to understand that for many in the Muslim world, violence is a way of life. How is it that we can jump up and down over a few rashly spoken racist comments, but say nothing when we hear and see the worst aspects of 'ethnic culture'. Why is it do you think, that we care so little for victims of crime while our hearts bleed for the criminals? Why is it that the things we despise in our own culture, are acceptable when found in other cultures?
Re: Fort Hood Massacre I invite readers to think about the educators of our "politically correct" or non-judgmental media, because the core of the problem consists not in cowardly or obfuscating journalists but rather the universities that educated them.
We boast of these universities, even though they produce so many moral idiots. I mean men and women stultified by the academic doctrine of moral or cultural relativism. Because it is this doctrine that prompts "politically correct" fools to hire Muslims to serve on US military bases.
The social engineering of society, to accommodate 'ideological agendas' which sound so great, usually fall victim to 'The Law of Unintended Consequences'.
But when the 'rights' of ideologues, social engineers and political activists start impinging on our personal and traditional identity; which is to say, 'our national culture', then it is time to sit back and say 'enough!
We really do need to pay more attention to how our own minds operate, and how we are both consciously and subconsciously effected by Media Propaganda.
It's very easy to 'take sides' in an issue, and it is very easy to be persuaded of a cause, but at the end of the day, unless it is our specific purpose to blind ourselves to the truth, it is encumbent upon us to do our best to look at every situation from as many persepectives as possible...to make sure that we are not 'obsessive and compulsive' in our political and social judgements.
Is it possible that we and our kids are living in a state of 'stupor', controlled by external forces that seek to mould us to their wills? Does the media and do the Universities engineer what we think? Do they try to cast a spell over our minds and our thoughts?
Humankind (I'm afraid to write 'mankind') loves and admires charasmatic speakers and leaders, and naturally we expect students to 'look up to' their teachers. What happens when those leaders and teachers are not worthy of honour, or are teaching that which is contrary to our own (family/ social/ cultural or traditional) culture?
Political Correctness is ultimately a game where the one who is speaking is free to speak, and anyone who speaks against him/her is in the wrong, unless of course what you are saying, has the support of the majority of the 'socio-political' elites. In truth, Free Speech is a Myth

R.P.BenDedek is the owner and Editor of KingsCalendar.com which was originally set up to publicize his research results into the Chronology of Ancient Israel. Those results were published under the title: 'The King's Calendar: The Secret of Qumran'.
Whilst there have been many attempts to solve the chronological riddle of the Bible's synchronisms of reigns of the kings of Israel and Judah and their synchronism with other Ancient Near Eastern Nations, no other research is based on a simple mathematical formula which could, if it is incorrect, be disproved easily. To date, no one has been able to dismiss the mathematical results of this research.
