And as for the children, well, we as parents must arm them with a sense of self-worth.
That has always been the job of parents."
QUOTE:
Mr Hamilton agrees, saying he thinks schools should get involved, too.
R.P. BenDedek Comment:
If this isn't an example of two mutually exclusive concepts then I don't know what is.
Bravo for secular society!
Bravo for MY HUMAN RIGHTS!
Thank God we killed God off!
Thank God all those silly moralising religious morons have been put in their place.
Thank God we live in a country where we can do anything we want.
But the government should do something about all these social problems that we have today.
Pornography (according to the professionals quoted in the article) does not negatively affect children, but Children do get affected by NURSERY RHYMES and seeing cigarette smoking on TV. That's why we banned them, yes?
Ask any Feminazi and they will tell you that men are degenerates, and that porno degrades women and leads to all sorts of manifestations of sexism and discrimination. But AS PROVED in this article, porno affects no one. (The Fems lied!)
Maybe it's mothers breast milk which makes an ever growing number of men become the targets (and victims) of women's groups, because it can't be anything in our thoroughly liberating and wonderful secular society. It's doing just fine thank you very much.
We could blame it on paternalistic and misogynistic 'religion', but so few men believe in God or go to church, so it can't be that that leads men down the nasty path. No - It's gotta be 'mother's milk.'
Doesn't matter though! In the end, It's the government's fault and they need to give us tons of money so we can fix the problem.
QUOTE: However, many in the community are concerned that the debate over children's access to pornography will spill into the mainstream, leading to wider bans on X-rated sites for adults.
Shades of Communist China. No! No! No! Everyone must exercise their right to pornography.
QUOTE: The debate over whether access to pornography can change the way a person behaves - or, indeed, whether it will ultimately lead to the collapse of Western culture - has raged for decades, even centuries.
Yeah Well! The way things are going, debating time is almost up.
QUOTE: "Because at the moment you've got a 15-year-old boy in the playground and his only experience of sex is watching disturbing things at home. Well, somebody should be telling him enduring, fulfilling relationships aren't like that."
Which takes me back to my first comment about Teachers and family values!
'What? Your parents tell you homosexuality, premarital sex, drugs, booze and promiscuity are wrong?'

Re: Fort Hood Massacre I invite readers to think about the educators of our "politically correct" or non-judgmental media, because the core of the problem consists not in cowardly or obfuscating journalists but rather the universities that educated them.
We boast of these universities, even though they produce so many moral idiots. I mean men and women stultified by the academic doctrine of moral or cultural relativism. Because it is this doctrine that prompts "politically correct" fools to hire Muslims to serve on US military bases.
The social engineering of society, to accommodate 'ideological agendas' which sound so great, usually fall victim to 'The Law of Unintended Consequences'.
But when the 'rights' of ideologues, social engineers and political activists start impinging on our personal and traditional identity; which is to say, 'our national culture', then it is time to sit back and say 'enough!
We really do need to pay more attention to how our own minds operate, and how we are both consciously and subconsciously effected by Media Propaganda.
It's very easy to 'take sides' in an issue, and it is very easy to be persuaded of a cause, but at the end of the day, unless it is our specific purpose to blind ourselves to the truth, it is encumbent upon us to do our best to look at every situation from as many persepectives as possible...to make sure that we are not 'obsessive and compulsive' in our political and social judgements.
Is it possible that we and our kids are living in a state of 'stupor', controlled by external forces that seek to mould us to their wills? Does the media and do the Universities engineer what we think? Do they try to cast a spell over our minds and our thoughts?
Humankind (I'm afraid to write 'mankind') loves and admires charasmatic speakers and leaders, and naturally we expect students to 'look up to' their teachers. What happens when those leaders and teachers are not worthy of honour, or are teaching that which is contrary to our own (family/ social/ cultural or traditional) culture?
Political Correctness is ultimately a game where the one who is speaking is free to speak, and anyone who speaks against him/her is in the wrong, unless of course what you are saying, has the support of the majority of the 'socio-political' elites. In truth, Free Speech is a Myth
