The talk of doubling trade volume comes as Israel and China plan to discuss a Free Trade Agreement this year, amid rapidly growing bilateral ties. Israel has been actively developing an Asian alliance, boosting ties with China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and India. The incoming Chinese Ambassador Zhan Yongxin presented his diplomatic credentials to Rivlin, he said, "I bring with me the greetings of the Chinese President, and wish to express my appreciation of the warm welcome I have received in Israel."

"If one wishes to have even a basic understanding of the underlying principles involved in Middle East politics, then one must first understand the history and implications of the Treaty of Hudaibiyah," Joel Richardson, author of the New York Times-best seller "The Islamic Antichrist".
He believes Obama committed a "brazenly amateur" gaffe by failing to understand who he was dealing with - an Iranian regime steeped in Islamic law.
(Obama is not fooled - he studied the Islamic law during his schooling in Indonesia!)
The rules the mullahs follow trace back to the life and example of Muhammad, he said. "And one of the most important tactical victories in Muhammad's career is what is known as the Treaty of Hudaibiyah."
Muhammad made this treaty with the pagan Quraysh tribe of Mecca, which was the most powerful tribe in the region at the time.
The Qurayshis entered into a 10-year peace pact with Muhammad and lived to regret it. But Muhammad saw an opportunity.
Freed from any military threat from the most powerful tribe in the region, he suddenly "received a revelation" from Allah, Richardson said.
This revelation can be found in Surah 48 of the Quran. It begins with "Surely We (Allah) have given to you a clear victory."
With the Qurayshis sidelined, Muhammad began attacking several large Jewish tribes in Arabia.
Any men who joined the Muslims in war would receive a significant share of the plunder, booty, slaves and female prisoners.
Dozens of countries send rescue teams to disaster areas around the world, but none of them have such professional, devoted, brave and experienced doctors and officers like the Israelis. Israel's aid team to the earthquake-battered Himalayan nation of Nepal is the largest in manpower of any international aid mission.
There is a strange potion called Israeliness: It melts the "impossible" and creates resourcefulness and determination even when the odds seem slim. If there are no Nepalese drivers at night, they are woken up; if the trucks don't fit, their side panels are removed; when the locals say "we can only do it tomorrow," they are woken up shortly after midnight.
The Israeli rescue force includes the best people in the country. We arrived in Nepal and we have been to Haiti and Turkey. If needed, we'll go all the way to Antarctica.
An observer group says US strikes hit town without any terrorists in it, killing 7 children, although more are still trapped in the rubble. The incident brings to mind reports last November showing that 96.5% of the casualties from US drone strikes in the Middle East were civilians, a figure which shows how remarkable the IDF is.

International anti-Semitic bigots deliberately ignore the facts that Israel has no legitimate negotiation partner - the last PA election was won by Hamas and new elections are long overdue; and it was Abbas who ended negotiations with Israel by starting international an anti-Israel diplomatic assault in the UN and ICC! Now, the 'Islamic revolution' has infiltrated the Western world - 47% of European Jihadists in Syria, Iraq are French - but its leaders are still deliberately blind!
Israel was the eleventh happiest country in the world in 2014 - outranking the US, UK, and numerous European countries. The world's top 10 happiest last year were Switzerland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Canada, Finland, the Netherlands, Sweden, New Zealand, and Australia.
Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman slammed South Africa, after the country's communist party labeled Israel an "apartheid state". The South African Communist Party's (SACP) statement came after Israel refused to grant an entry visa to the party's Higher Education Minister, Blade Nzmande, to visit PA-controlled territories.
(What chutzpah - they are killing Africans from other states, but condemn Israel!)
Former CIA Director David Petraeus was given two years of suspended sentence, plus a $100,000 fine for giving his mistress classified material while she was working on a book.
(Jonathan Pollard, who gave Israel information about enemies - which the US, supposedly friend of the Jewish state, should provide but had kept hidden - is still serving a life sentence in the US prison! Many of us would pay a $100,000 fine for his freedom!)
Hezbollah has reportedly built an airstrip designed for its fleet of unmanned aerial vehicle. Earlier this month, a US Army report said Iran is building a fleet of so-called "suicide kamikaze drones," and providing know-how on assembling these new weapons to its terrorist allies Hamas in the Gaza Strip and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
The targets were centers and mobile forces from Brigades 65, 155 and 192 of the Syrian Army, which possess heavy missiles that were meant for Hezbollah, the Shiite Lebanese militia that is a proxy of Iran. One strike targeted a convoy that carried surface-to-surface missiles, Scuds, to Hezbollah. Another raid hit a missile depot in the strategic western Syrian region at al-Qalamoun.
France is making an aggressive bid to sideline the F-35 and to sell its own jet fighter, Rafale, to Canada, offering to transfer technology. Right now the F-35 is the best choice for sneaking past enemy ground radar, but this may change in the future.
F35 Range - 2,220 km Top speed - 1,930 km/h
Rafale Range - 3,700 km Top speed - 2,130 km/h
(With technology transfer option Israel will be able built an even better fighter!)
Britain has informed a United Nations sanctions panel of an active Iranian nuclear procurement network linked to two blacklisted firms, according to a confidential report by the panel seen by Reuters. The existence of such a network could add to Western concerns over whether Tehran can be trusted to adhere to a nuclear deal due by June 30 in which it would agree to restrict sensitive nuclear work in exchange for sanctions relief. But, the United States and the International Atomic Energy Agency have repeatedly said that Tehran has so far complied with the terms of a limited agreement struck in November 2013.
The incoming Chinese Ambassador Zhan Yongxin presented his diplomatic credentials to Rivlin, he said, "I bring with me the greetings of the Chinese President, and wish to express my appreciation of the warm welcome I have received in Israel." The talk of doubling trade volume comes as Israel and China plan to discuss a Free Trade Agreement this year, amid rapidly growing bilateral ties. Israel has been actively developing an Asian alliance, boosting ties with China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and India.
Quotes of the Week:
"Much has been said about the strange behaviour of Barack Obama, who can't let a day go without maligning Israel and Mr. Netanyahu... No doubt the dislike is there, but what underlies the animosity of Obama toward PM Netanyahu goes beyond schmoozability to seismic differences in outlook and policy. In fact, at Mr. Netanyahu's very first White House meeting, before they really knew each other, Obama purposely mistreated PM Netanyahu by forcing him to enter through a side entrance and, then, abruptly left the meeting and went upstairs by himself for dinner while leaving PM Netanyahu and his staff without hospitality or even a piece of bread. This was a deliberate, unheard of disparagement, directed more at Israel, the state represented by Netanyahu." - Rabbi Aryeh Spero
It is most likely the ingrained anti-Semitism or/and hidden Islamism behind the anti-Israel tendency of Obama!
Israelis have long complained about double standards when it comes to their right to fight wars of self-defense. Often times there is a level of scrutiny on Israel' s battlefield operations, unmatched compared to international media evaluations of wars launched by Western countries or even the recent Saudi air campaign in Yemen. Even at a fundamental level, there are some points when Israel's entire justification for a war of self-defense is undermined by Israel's detractors eager to delegitimize any substantial military action takes, no matter its opponent...
An issue raised by many in the legal arena - not only in Israel - is that the current rules of war enshrined in the Geneva Conventions do not weigh proper consideration for the effect of non-state actors: terrorist organizations, rebel groups, separatist provinces and the like. Asymmetric warfare presents major issues where enemy fighters operate among civilians and will often wear plain clothes. Thus, without being able to identify an enemy combatant by his uniform, a soldier will avoid an apparent civilian who is actually a legitimate target...
"We need urgently to discuss fresh ideas for removing the incentive for Hamas and other armed terrorist groups like the PLO and Hezbollah to break the law when they fight against democracies like Israel," said Darshan-Leitner of Israeli law center Shurat HaDi.
What is lacking in international law that requires this conference here and now? Is it the lack of solid definitions of terms like "proportionality" and "terrorism?" Is it broader than that?

"Nobody is Forgotten, Nothing is Forgotten!"
by Steven Shamrak
Last weekend, there was a 70th anniversary of the end of the World War Two. In my opinion, this day should be celebrated every year, as Hanukkah and Purim, in every synagogue.
During this idiotic and hateful war, not only the third of the Jewish population lost their lives, more than six millions (which is widely accepted but deflated figure of Jewish victims).
- USSR losses within postwar borders now stand at 26.6 million
- Poland 's losses, researchers have estimated between 5.6 and 5.8 million
- German estimated military dead and missing at 5.3 million
The most disturbing and disgusting fact about the Holocaust is not that Nazis used anti-Semitism to cement their rise to power and control over the Jew-hating mob in Germany, but that most Europeans - Poles, Latvians, French, Ukrainians, Austrians etc - although being occupied, suppressed and persecuted by Nazi Germany, were actively, eagerly and enthusiastically participating in the extermination of Jews!
After the war, vilification of Jews continued with accusations, even in the Soviet Union , that Jews were not fighting in the war against Nazi Germany. Here are some facts of the true contributions the Jewish people made to the defeat of the Nazi Germany.
Approximately 1.5 million Jews fought in the regular Allied armies , around 8% of the entire global Jewish population at the time, and around half-a-million of them fell in battle:
- About 500,000 Jewish soldiers fought in the Red Army. Some 120,000 were killed in combat and in the line of duty; the Germans murdered 80,000 as prisoners of war. More than 160,000, at all levels of command, earned citations, with over 150 designated "Heroes of the Soviet Union" - the highest honour awarded to soldiers in the Red Army.
- Approximately 550,000 Jewish soldiers fought in the US Armed Forces during World War II.
- Approximately 100,000 Jews fought in the Polish army against the German invasion. They made up 10% of the Polish army.
- About 30,000 Jews served in the British army in 1939-1946, some in special units of Jews from Palestine.
Retrospectively, out of all European countries, I have most respect for modern Germany , which the only country which have sincerely apologized for Nazi instigated atrocities. After the war, most of the other European nations played a role of innocent 'victim' of Nazi Germany and did not admit their wilful and pro-active participation in the genocide of the Jewish people.
The current Jewish population can't forgive them! First of all, it is not our place, as we were not victimized by their anti-Semitic ancestors. Second, none of them have been actually asking forgiveness sincerely!
No wonder that anti-Semitism in on the rise in Europe now. Although, it is mostly driven by new Muslim arrivals, the problem is that the European political elite has retained its deeply ingrained anti-Semitic psyche and facilitates the 'good old' hate for Jews, which works so well for them by taking the minds of ordinary idiots from the real economic and political problems!
Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak
From the Jewish prospective, the Stockholm Syndrome can be described as Jews, who have been exposed for a long time to anti-Semitic bullying. Many of them adopt 'humanistic' or cosmopolitan views - obsessively caring about the rights of animals, homosexuals and other religious, racial and ethnic minorities more than the rights of the Jewish people for self-determination and the future existence of Israel. At the same time, some of them aggressively and deliberately support the enemies of the Jewish state, who are determined to destroy the Jewish state, and exhibit extreme hate toward Israel and any Zionisticly minded Jews!
MK Zuhair Bahloul (Labor) said that the Labor party is "not a Zionist party," and that the name given to it in the elections - 'The Zionist Union' - was "a temporary one." Bahloul has made similar statements in the past, including "Our Palestinian identity is stronger than the Israeli one." Bahloul also provided testimony on behalf of the family of an Arab citizen of Israel from the Galilee convicted of terrorism in a 2012 trial. Although Bahloul did not praise the terror acts of Milad Khatib, he did not condemn them either.
Anti-Semitic documentary claims Jews have conspired to dominate the world for 3,500 years. Several academics, journalists, and Etyen Mahçupyan, former adviser to Prime Minister Ahmet Davuto'lu, appear in the film, which is based in part on a speech given by President Recep Tayyip Erdo'an last December. Turkey is home to approximately 17,000 Jews.
President Barack Obama is to give Europe a green light to file a UN Security Council motion proclaiming an independent Palestinian state. Without waiting for Binyamin Netanyahu to present his new government. Obama decided to punish him for building a right-wing coalition, minus a moderate figure for talks with the Palestinians. French President Francois Hollande and US Secretary of State John Kerry have already briefed Saudi and Gulf rulers on Obama's new policy.
Demolition of PA Settlements
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon to move forward with a plan to demolish some 400 PA structures built in the West Bank with European funding. The EU sank tens of millions of euros into homes which were not granted building permits by the Israeli government.
(Occupation of Jewish land by fake Palestinians is funded by EU anti-Semites! But they complain when homes are built for Jews.)
France and Saudi Arabia believe that any future nuclear accord between Iran and six major powers must be robust and verifiable. "France and Saudi Arabia confirmed the necessity to reach a robust, lasting, verifiable, undisputed and binding deal with Iran," Hollande and the new Saudi King Salman said in a statement. "They (GCC) have a real fear that when sanctions are lifted, Iran will be able to finance all its proxies across the region," said a senior French diplomat.
For the first time in the Syrian war, opposition forces, such as the Army of Conquest and the Free Syrian Army, are receiving substantial quantities of heavy weapons including tanks and antitank missiles, from the United States , Israel, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Turkey, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Most of these rebel militias are associated with al Qaeda, Assad's fall could consign Syria to radical Islamist rule.
Saudi Arabia is accused of dropping US-supplied cluster bombs in the fight against Houthi rebels in Yemen . An international treaty against cluster bombs has been adopted by 116 countries, but the United States, Saudi Arabia and Yemen are not among them.
The immediate response to the Israeli basketball victory by the biased, bigoted, and afraid boycotters of Jews and of Israel was the outpouring of 18,000 anti-Semitic messages posted on Twitter. A study by the Anti-Defamation League indicated Spain is one of the most anti-Semitic countries in the 28-nation European Union.
(Degenerates hate Jews when we are 'losers' and despise us when we are winners!)
Former US president Jimmy Carter called Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal a strong proponent of the peace process. He told reporters that he didn't ask to meet with Netanyahu or his government, and never has, because it would be a "waste of time." Israel officials said last week that Netanyahu and Rivlin had refused invitations to meet with Carter, who was described by an Israeli diplomatic source as "a disaster for Israel," who holds "anti-Israel positions."
(Carter convinced the world Arafat wasn't a terrorist. He proved himself as a hater of Jews and Israel)
Quotes of the Week:
"I am happy we chose principles and not portfolios. What's being built is not a national camp, but a government that smacks of opportunism. Someone vetoed the issue and suddenly its off the agenda. The coalition does not reflect the position of the national camp. This government has no intention of overthrowing the Hamas regime" - Avigdor Liberman, announcing that Yisrael Beytenu party will not join the new government - It must be a serious problem with Netanyahu's intentions, if even Lieberman "choses principles"!
With all the Muslim terrorism plaguing the world, perhaps it is time to take a look at a country not suffering the same fate - Japan!
Officially, immigration to Japan is not closed to Muslims. But the number of the immigration permits given to the applicants from Islamic countries is very low. Obtaining a working visa is not easy for adepts of Islam, even if they are physicians, engineers and managers sent by foreign companies that are active in the region.
One of the leaders of the Muslim community in Japan, Nur Ad-Din Mori, was asked: "What percentage of Japan's total population are Muslims?" He responded, "The answer at the moment is: One out of a hundred thousand." Japan's population is 130 million people, so if these Muslim leaders are correct, then there must be around 1300 Muslims.
The Arabic language is taught by very few academic institutes; I could find only one such institute: The Arabic Islamic Institute in Tokyo. But even the International University of Japan in Tokyo does not offer courses on Arabic or Islamic languages.
Until recently, there were only two mosques in Japan: Tokyo Jama Masjid and Kobe Mosque. Now, the total number of Muslim praying sites in Japan is counted in some 30 single story mosques and about a hundred apartment rooms set aside for prayers.
The Japanese tend to perceive Islam as a "strange and dangerous religion" that a true Japanese should avoid, and the recent murders of two Japanese nationals, Haruna Yukawa and Kenji Goto, by ISIS have not contributed to any improvement in the opinions of the Japanese on this matter.
And the most interesting thing in the Japanese approach to Muslims is the fact that the Japanese do not feel any guilt for such a "discriminatory" approach to Islam, and they evidently do not think they should apologize to Muslims for the negative way in which they perceive their religion.

He is a qualified civil engineer and software specialist, and was an active participant in the nascent Moscow Zionist movement before he arrived in Australia 25 years ago. Believing that "a sense of pride, nationhood and connection to all Jewish land" is missing from Jewish hearts, he spends his spare time educating Jews and non-Jews about Jewish history in the Middle East. He worked as a construction engineer at the Moscow Olympic Games project and as a computer consultant in Australia. For several years he has been publishing an Internet editorial letter about the Arab-Israel conflict since August 2001.
Dear Friends, this independent editorial has been published since 2001. It is not sponsored by or affiliated with any government or political party. The aim is to present Jewish point of view on Arab-Israel conflict, propagates and motivates Jewish people and our true friends to uphold ideals and inspirations of true Zionism - Jewish National independence movement.
Egyptian airport security denied entry to senior Palestinian Authority (PA) official Jibril Rajoub and deported him. Rajoub is a confidant of PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas and a high-ranking member of the central committee of Fatah movement, who in the past called for use of nukes against Israel. No reason for the deportation was given.
Political correctness is not a new invention. According to the unofficial codex of intelligencia of Tsarist Russia, “A member of the intelligencia must not admit or show his anti-Semitic tendencies.” It was never about not having them!
After the US received intelligence that both the Palestinian Authority and Jordan’s King Abdullah II were planning a massive intifada against the State of Israel in order to prevent the Americans from relocating their embassy to Jerusalem, the Donald Trump administration warned both regimes, thus assuring that such attempts “would open hells gates for them.” This American response proves that US President Donald Trump is tough on terrorists and dictators.
Everyone is so concerned to be politically correct and so worried about being perceived racist, that they fail to see that in fact the true racists with the truly incorrect political agenda are the ones pointing the finger and doing the name calling. (In psychology it would be called reaction formation; the suppression of one impulse by the promotion of a counter impulse.)
Having met up with my pen friend we went ‘somewhere’ and there was this big open paved garden type area and there were platforms going nowhere which you ascended by climbing stairs. Through the middle of the paved courtyard-garden ran a little pond. I was fully aware of its existence but so focused was I on taking a good photo that I was walking while looking through the viewfinder of the camera. I fell straight into the pond.

BenDedek originally created the site to publicize his research results into the Chronology of Ancient Israel. Those results were published under the title: 'The King's Calendar: The Secret of Qumran.' Whilst there have been many attempts to solve the chronological riddle of the Bible's synchronisms of reigns of the kings of Israel and Judah and their synchronism with other Ancient Near Eastern Nations, no other research is based on a simple mathematical formula which could, if it is incorrect, be disproved easily. To date, no one has been able to dismiss the mathematical results of this research.

Definition: King's Calendar Chronological Research
The Premise: Between the 5th and 3rd centuries BCE (but continuing down to at least 104 BCE), Sectarian redactors transcribed the legitimate 'solar year' chronological records of Israel and Judah, into an artificial form, with listed years as each comprised of 12 months of 4 weeks of 7 days, or 336 days per year, thus creating a 13th artificial year where 12 solar years existed.
When the Synchronous Chronological Data provided in the Books of Kings and Chronicles for the Divided Kingdom Period are measured in years of 336 days, the synchronisms actually align. [Refer to Appendix 5. to see how it synchronises the Divided Kingdom Period]
