Chibi and the 3 Kingdoms Battle
I am a Conversational English Teacher in China, and my first two years were spent in HongHu City in Hubei. HongHu is on the other side of the Yangtse River from Chibi Village.
Chibi is 20+ kms east of where I lived in Hong Hu, and I could ride my bicycle, take a taxi or catch a bus to the Barge Crossing. Of course one must then wait for the barge, and that can take some time. On the other side of the river it is just a case of walking a short distance to the museum and lookouts.
Chibi (Redcliffe) is a place made famous by the Battle of the Three Kingdoms and the story of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

It gave me a new perspective on certain behaviours here. Honestly, not much has changed in China. Don't forget to check out the rest of the sites.
