Well Done Modi – Breaking Ugly Tradition!

Narendra Modi’s three-day visit Israel on 4 July is imbued with symbolism, breathtaking benefits to the two countries and an era of promise for both…

Modi stands out for Israel – not just as the first Indian prime minister to visit, but also as a prominent world leader willing to skip the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah, thereby removing the automatic bracket attached to most foreign visits. This gesture is appreciated in Israel no less than booming defense deals totaling more than $1 billion a year and the joint projects in water management, cyberspace, data protection, agricultural innovation, medicine, digitalization and numberless other fields with the world’s fastest growing major economy. Fighting terrorism and sustainable development are watchwords shared by one of the largest and one of the smallest Asian nations.

On the eve of his visit, the Indian leader spoke of Israel’s innovativeness, high technological attainments and economic success against all odds, in the face of few natural resources and decades of near-isolation. He saw his visit as a turning point for catapulting the two countries to new horizons…

While Russia – followed by the United States in recent years – remains India’s top defense supplier, Israel is fast catching up. In April 2017, Israel Aerospace netted its biggest ever contract to supply the Indian armed forces with $2 billion worth of the groundbreaking Barak 8 Medium Range-Surface to Air Missiles as well as Long Range-Surface to Air Missiles for India’s warships and its first indigenous aircraft carrier, the Vikrant.

The two-way trade between the two countries amounting to $4.16 billion gives Israel a large surplus of $2.4 billion in exports compared with $1.7 billion of imported Indian products…

FOOD for THOUGHT by Steven Shamrak

By engaging in perpetuating negotiations with the enemies Israeli governments do not represent long term interests and goals of Jewish people! It is only gives credibility to enemies of Israel and Arab/Islamic terror against Jews, and diminished Israel’s political standing.

Jewish State with a Democratic Regime

The new Nationality Law will define Israel as a “Jewish State with a democratic regime” rather than as a “Jewish and democratic”. The law will also include an order to preserve the state’s religious heritage and the holy places according to their traditions. The draft will now move to the Knesset plenum to be voted into law. The law begins: “The State of Israel is the national home of the Jewish people, in which it fulfills its desire for self-determination according to its cultural and historical heritage.” The Knesset will also pass a special law that will define the state’s treatment of the Druze community separate from the Arab community.

Iranian Weapons Factory in Lebanon

The head of IDF intelligence confirms details of an Iranian weapons facility being constructed in Lebanon amid Israeli efforts to foil the transfer of weapons from the Islamic republic to Hezbollah. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) realized the method of shipping weapons to Hezbollah was ineffective in the face of Israeli countermeasures targeting shipments.

Suing the Estates of Terrorists

The Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office has filed a preliminary damages claim against the estate of a terrorist in District Court for financial damages caused to the state by the departed terrorist’s attack. The first lawsuit was filed a week and a half ago against the estate of Fadi Al-Qanbar, who, in early January 2017, killed four IDF soldiers in a ramming attack at Armon Hanatziv.

(Funds also should be deducted from the PA taxes for cost of Israel’s anti-terror security and economic losses!)

PA Terrorist – Well Done, Good Job!

One Arab was killed and three others were injured in what appeared to have been a terrorist ‘work accident’ near the Judean city of Hebron.

Legal Change is Long Overdue

Law Committee to discuss today Basic Law amendment meant to curtail Supreme Court’s ability to reject Knesset bills. The bill seeks to put a halt to the judicial activist revolution by preventing the Supreme Court’s cancellation of laws made by the Knesset. When a Knesset bill contradicts other Basic Laws, the Court will simply notify the legislators.

Quote of the Week:

“Even if I will have to leave my position, I will not compromise on the salary of a martyr (Shahid = dead terrorist) or a prisoner, as I am the president of the entire Palestinian people, including the prisoners, the martyrs, the injured, the expelled, and the uprooted.” – Mahmoud Abbas, PA Chairman

The PA will never change its ‘terror’ policy toward Israel. Therefore, what is the point of useless, perpetuating negotiation, which will only bring more misery and casualties as result of more terror attacks. Transfer of the enemy population from Jewish land is the only option!

Defund and Dissolve UNESCO!

Israel has accused UNESCO of making a politically motivated move, part of what it says is an attempt to deny the Jewish character and heritage of certain key sites in the Holy Land.

Israeli Government Minister Naftali Bennett, leader of the right wing Jewish Home Party, called it a “disgraceful vote.”

“The Jewish connection to Hebron goes back thousands of years,” said Bennett. “It’s disappointing and disgraceful that time and again UNESCO denies history and distorts reality, knowingly serving those attempting to erase the Jewish state.”

Hours after UNESCO declared the Tomb of the Patriarchs, in the Old City of Hebron in the West Bank, an endangered Palestinian world heritage site, US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said the move was both “tragic” and an “affront to history,” and that the US would review its ties with the world body.

Jews, living in Hebron, urged Israel to let them build more homes in city, following the UNESCO vote!

UNESCO Endangered Hebron

UNESCO declared the Old City of Hebron an endangered world heritage site. The city is home to the imposing Tomb of the Jewish Patriarchs, the resting place of key Biblical figures Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Prime Minister Netanyahu has decided to cut one million dollars it would have transferred to the UN and designated for UNESCO, and will instead be using that money for projects in Hebron.

UNESCO Sad and Pathetic Arm of ‘Ugly Nazi’

The State of Israel slammed a vote by the World Heritage Committee of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), naming Israel as an “occupying power” of the Old City of Jerusalem and its sacred sites. “Jerusalem is the eternal capital of the Jewish people, and no UNESCO resolution will change this reality. The decision is sad, unnecessary and pathetic,” said Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon. The resolution passed with the minimum necessary to force it through: 10 member states voted in favour, three – Jamaica, Burkina Faso and Philippines opposed, and eight others abstained.

(There is a lot of ugliness in anti-Semitic abstinence in voting!)

Anti-Semitic Ugliness has no Shame!

Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely (Likud) responded to the UNESCO decision to name the Cave of the Patriarchs as an “endangered” “Palestinian heritage site”: “This is a mark of shame for UNESCO, who time after time chooses to stand on the side of lies… the automatic Arab majority succeeded in passing the proposed resolution, which attempts to appropriate the national symbols of the Jewish people… In another thousand years, the Cave of the Patriarchs will remain under Jewish sovereignty and UNESCO will cease to exist… The same automatic majority would also have passed a resolution that the sun rises in the west and not in the east.

Stupidity Must End!

Jews buy Hevron properties – but can’t move in because their attempt to register as owners was blocked by authorities. Israeli security forces on Sunday night blocked Jews from entering the “Machpelah House” and “Rachel and Leah House” in Hevron, both of which were bought by Jews several years ago. If the Israeli government is not willing to give Jewish buyers the rights to their properties in Hevron, why should any of the world’s nations recognize the Cave of the Patriarchs – which was the first Jewish property to be bought here for the full price?

NOTE: The Term Palestinians is used as a commonly known definition, not as acceptance of the existence of a fake nation, which was created by Arab states, with the help of the Soviet Union, in 1960s in order to discredit and undermine legitimacy, and eventually destroy the Jewish state!
