A PA State is Violation of Laws!
Conclusive proof of Israel’s rights under International Law (have been and) will be ignored or over-laid with other, newer Laws designed to cover over original and prior proof texts. Noteworthy among the states that wholeheartedly endorsed Jewish sovereignty over Palestine in all its “historical parts and dimensions” was the United States of America – the same USA that calls Israel’s presence in Judea and Samaria an illegal “occupation”, supports the creation of a Palestinian State and ignoring that the 1924 Anglo-American Convention on Palestine made the US a “contracting party” to the Mandate.
Neither the UN, the EU, the Church nor previous American Presidents will give full status to the Jewish Nation/State of Israel under International Law or any Law (that it deserved and they actually recognized in the past – hopefully, Trump will). Perhaps Jews do not need to wait for Justice to be given to them under the laws of man. Perhaps G-d’s Law will prevail or is already prevailing as the Nations spiral down within that proclamation: “I will bless those who bless thee; and curse those who curse thee.” (It is time for Jews to take back what is rightfully ours – legally, morally, historically and spiritually!)
“The legal title of the Jewish People to the mandated territory of Palestine in all of its historical parts, …converted the 1917 ‘Balfour Declaration’ into a binding legal document.” This was recognized on April 24, 1920, when the post-World War I Allied Supreme Council (Britain, France, Italy and Japan), meeting in San Remo, Italy.
The provisions of Article 22 of the Covenant of the League of Nations and became incorporated into the Mandate for Palestine. Indeed, the “San Remo Resolution,” within which the Allied Supreme Council’s decision is contained, constitutes what the author terms “the foundation document of the State of Israel, the legal existence of which is directly traceable from that document.”
The Jewish People were unable to exercise their sovereignty in Palestine for 28 years – it being assigned to the British Mandatory power as their de facto agent (which ignored the League of Nations’ resolution and had done everything to deprive Jews of their homeland) – did in no way detract from their ‘de jure’ rights to the land under international law during that interregnum.
The Mandate for Palestine that was ceremoniously incorporated into the US law in 1924 “was a constitution for the projected Jewish state that made no provision for an Arab state and which especially prohibited the partition of the country.” Thus, the fierce exception the US has taken to Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria and its unremitting pressure for creation of a “Palestinian State” amount to a repudiation of its signature to the Anglo-American Convention on Palestine. It is in violation of American law and America’s obligations under international law.

FOOD for THOUGHT by Steven Shamrak
Other states and international leaders, there is a long queue of them who are mainly looking to raise personal popularity and profile at expense of the Jewish state, must stop presenting their useless ideas of how to resolve the Arab-Israel conflict, endangering the future of Israel. They are just recycling the same stupidity, which is not welcomed by Israel, or by Jew state-hating enemies, who will not except anything short of destruction of Israel!
US academic David Crane, head of a United Nations Human Rights council commission to investigate recent violence on the Gaza Strip border, which ignores Hamas atrocities, has resigned for “personal reasons” less than a month after he was appointed.
The terrorist who was eliminated in northern Gaza earlier this week after opening fire at IDF soldiers worked as a nurse for the French organization Doctors Without Borders, which operates some 200 workers in Gaza. (Many anti-Israel NGOs support terrorists by providing them with jobs as a cover. The organization does not care about the well-being of Jewish children of Sderot!)
EU blasts Israel over Judea and Samaria construction. European Union says recent wave of approvals “jeopardizes the prospect of a contiguous and viable future Palestinian state”. (Good! There will be no more enemy state on Jewish land!)
The Fatah movement headed by Mahmoud Abbas stated again “Trump must understand that even if all the pressures and threats are put on us and all the temptations are presented to us, we will never agree to any solution (he could stop here) that does not include Jerusalem as the capital of the state of Palestine,” Fatah spokesman Osama al-Qawasmeh said.
The US President Donald Trump said during a rally in West Virginia that Israel will have to pay a “high price” in its negotiations with the Palestinian Authority (PA) and that the PA will “get something very good” in return for the embassy move “because it’s their turn next.” At the same time, NSA John Bolton says President Trump’s statement that Israel will pay ‘higher price’ for embassy move doesn’t indicate change in policy. (Mixed messages – Israel is not North Korea!)
Aviation experts agree that the new Iranian fighter jet exhibited at the National Defense Industry, shown with President Hassan Rouhani in the cockpit, is in fact a rebuilt 40-year old F-5F Tiger with some new digital avionics. The Kowsar was presented as “100 percent indigenously made” with “advanced avionics” and multi-purpose radar.
After decade of building freeze, flagship settlement to grow by 65%. Six years after PM vowed to build 300 new homes to replace 30 demolished in Samaria town, Beit El to get 650 new housing units. Once a fast-growing town which drew young couples, Beit El’s growth has slowed to a crawl in recent years following a de facto building freeze.
Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman renewed his promotion of a controversial plan to transfer jurisdiction of some Arab Israeli towns to a future Palestinian state, pointing to the hundreds who participated in the Umm al-Fahm funeral of a terrorist shot dead as he tried to stab a policeman. (He is half right! Yes, most Arab Israelis are the enemies; but no to terror state on Jewish land!) Police say 1,500 people attended funeral, despite restriction of 150, as crowds chanted “in spirit and blood we redeem the martyr.” (When will Israeli police learn not to let dead terrorists be a propaganda poster?)
Hundreds of thousands of combat unit veterans and basic training course graduates are eligible for a weapons license now. Officers and commanders will not be required to return their weapons and weapons licenses after being released from active reserve duty. As a result of the new policy, the potential of skilled marksmen in the public sphere will increase by over a half-million IDF security force veterans and thousands of volunteers from the Israel Police and rescue organizations.
Mahmoud Abbas’s sons told a top Trump official, Jason Greenblatt, that a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is unrealistic, during a meeting nearly a year ago. Tarek Abbas told the diplomat he does not believe a two-solution is still possible. Instead he said: “I support a one-state solution between the Jordan river and the Mediterranean Sea, with equal rights for all its citizens.” (But, without Jews!)
The PLO Central Council and Israel’s Higher Arab Monitoring Committee have agreed to mark July 19 every year as a “day of the Struggle against Israeli Apartheid.” (They have no idea what apartheid is!)
QUOTE of the WEEK:
It cannot be that for 140 days they would be firing rockets and balloons at us, and then, when they whistle, we stand at attention… Hamas is a small and not particularly strong organization, but if we close our eyes, we’d be confronted by a Hamas armed with tens of thousands of rockets that threaten the entire State of Israel. – Naftali Bennett (Habayit Hayehudi) attacked Avigdor Liberman (Yisrael Beiteinu)
One or Four States Solution?
by Steven Shamrak
After the WWI, following the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, the League of Nations, in order to facilitate the transition to independent states, created many mandate governed areas in the Middle East and the Central Asia. As a result, the countries such as Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon and others were created. The same principle was intended for the creation of a Jewish state when the United Kingdom (UK) was given a guardianship of the Palestinian Mandate.
Almost immediately, the UK made a deal with the Arabs and Egypt, and as a result, 77% of the land that was designated for the Jewish state was illegally cut off to create Jordan and an additional 5% was given to Syria from the Golan Heights. That is when the modern Arab-Israel conflict actually began!
Recently, a new Islamist order has been emerging in the Gaza Strip. Not long ago the Hamas Executive Force took control over Gaza. As a result, the two-state solution, which was so eagerly promoted by ‘friends’ of Jews and by self-hating Jews lately, became a totally discredited fantasy! As a result, there are only two options remaining viable at the moment:
1. Creation of four states on Jewish land: Israel, Jordan, Fatahstan in Judea and Samaria and Hamastan in Gaza.
2. Establishment of one Jewish state on all Jewish ancestral land. (The non-Jewish population residing in the land of the Palestinian Mandate can be easily integrated by the neighbouring Muslim countries or a new state can be formed in Sinai Peninsula later.) This option has never been given a chance!
There is another one-state solution. Enemies of the Jews, not just Arabs, have been working on it before and since creation of the Palestinian Mandate and definitely since the declaration of independence by Israel. It is One Muslim State without Jews! Would you prefer this option? Many Jew-haters do!
Many Jewish publications have been eagerly promoting opinions about a Two-state solution or the transfer of control of Jerusalem, West Bank and Gaza to Jordan, as the only alternatives to Arab-Israel conflict.
The limited autonomy of the Arab population in Gaza and the West bank, the original intention of the Oslo Agreement has been completely forgotten. They absolutely ignore, block and discredit as extremist views the original plan of the League of Nations – the creation of a Jewish homeland in the Palestinian Mandate, including Trans-Jordan.
Why is the idea of giving up Jewish land to enemies, whose goal is complete destruction of the state of Israel, not considered radical, but advocating the rights of Jewish people to the land of their ancestors is?
No wonder that with this type of coverage by the Jewish press, in addition to the global anti-Israel propaganda by main-stream press, Jews have started to believe that we have no other choice!
Jews and the public in general are deprived of correct information and facts. They are brainwashed by, politically motivated, often leftist self-hating traitors who have infested the Jewish press and other Jewish organizations! The absence of true Zionist leadership in Israel and the Diaspora is the major contributor to our problems!
For some sinister reason, the international press, guided by hypocritical international, political and business interests is portraying Fatah as a moderate alternative to Hamas. People have forgotten the killing of the Israelis athletes during the Munich Olympic games and the string of plane and ship hijackings perpetrated by Fatah in the past. The existing endless suicide bombings and the barrages of Qassam rocket and shells sent toward Israel by the military wing of Fatah are ignored or played down.
In reality there is no difference between Hamas, Fatah or any other so-called Palestinian organization. For quite a while the Palestinian National Charter – the official PLO doctrine – has not been checked. Make a decision yourself if this is a “moderate” organization which accepts a two-state solution, recognizes Israel and rejects violence and terrorism.
Article 2: Palestine, with the boundaries it had during the British Mandate, is an indivisible territorial unit. – This is in line with the League of Nations resolution for Palestinian mandate as the land was allocated for the Jewish state and it did include Jordan!
Article 9: Armed struggle is the only way to liberate Palestine. Thus, it is the overall strategy, not merely a tactical phase…
Article 10: Commando action constitutes the nucleus of the Palestinian popular liberation war…
During the last 56 years, all peace options, except for a Jewish one, have been tried many times! They produce only an escalation of violence and terror, not just for Jews but for Arabs as well. One solution – the Jewish state, as it was designated by League of Nations, on the Jewish ancestral land is the only option that can bring peace and end to the conflict. Why is it systematically ignored? Why is the creation of Eretz-Israel considered as extreme, but the facilitation of Israel’s destruction, through giving up Jewish land to enemies, not?

NOTE: The Term Palestinians is used as a commonly known definition, not as acceptance of the existence of a fake nation, which was created by Arab states, with the help of the Soviet Union, in 1960s in order to discredit and undermine legitimacy, and eventually destroy the Jewish state!
